A "LIVE YOUR DREAM" Success Story
ReplyDelete“ 13 years ago, at the age of 22, I started Dream Coaching with Joyce Chapman. The aim was to find out who I am and what I wanted to be. The road was tough, filled with deep revelations and hard truths about who I really am. And, thank god there were lots of exciting and thrilling times of aaaaaaha moments. Joyce was a tough and loving coach. Her goal was to empower me to be me. Who I really am. We worked on the 'Live Your Dream' course, and then continued to work for 5 years of intense internal soul searching of how to be all I say I want to be. First my dream was to be a teacher, and later I realized that wasn't 'it'. Joyce helped me find my true calling of being a Chinese medicine healer, which demanded total devotion to my studies and growth work.
Joyce and I worked on this l, on and off for 10 years. Most of our 'work' was done by email and phone.
Today, looking back I see how what an inspiring guide and role model she has been for me.
Working as a full time nutritionist and acupuncturist, a husband, a father of 2 boys and a passionate cook (still learning all the time, but I live it), I feel that I owe a great deal of who I have become to Joyce. ReplyDeleteI notice allot of verbs that start with “re”. I was at a point in my life, that to move forward I needed to not start over but to look areas in my life where something was missing. I was ready to learn everything I needed to learn in order to live my dream.
I now have a website. www.blissconnections.com. I have a professional office (healing room) in downtown San Diego. And I am attracting new clients who want me to join them in their desire heal some aspect of their life.
As I child I was keenly aware of what other people wanted, their heart’s desire. As an adult offering Energy Medicine sessions, I provide clients and opportunity to re-connect with their bliss by working through the body to empower them to literally get in touch with aspects of their being that appear to be blocked from their conscious awareness. Once aware, clients are empowered to take a next step towards living their dream. I love that the healing totally comes from within. My job is to wake up them up to what is already inside them. I do that mostly through touch and body movements.
What inspires me is seeing the joy and delight in a client’s face as some aspect of their being-ness re-awakens. And they know that it is coming from within them.
